NSSO Web Site Stats
During 2010 so far, the NSSO site has had over 48,000 unique visitors who made over 79,000 visits and viewed over 282,000 pages, which totaled over 4 million hits! During the month of November alone, we averaged, per day, 200 visitors who viewed an average of 525 pages, totaling an average of 7500 hits per day!
67% of our visitors come in via a direct link. 19% come in from a search engine search and 14% come in from external links— NSSO pages are linked on 316 other sites. I like to look at key phrases folks use to find our site via search engine. One of the oddest ones this month was "can I add self rising flour to cake mix". That search string takes you, on page 3 of 97,600 results, to Mabel's Ovenette recipe for blueberry cobbler. This is the receipe she used to win the first ever (anywhere) Ovenette cook-off! She got a kick out of that one. See more search terms (just a tiny portion, there were tons just for November alone)...
