• TonicLiving.com - (thanks Christi!) For those who go the futon mattress route, we got a nice futon cover of our choice in fabrics (retro) offered at a very good price.
  They also sell bolsters, pillows and extra fabric in matching colors. She even did a custom futon cover for us when we saw fabric which she offered but did not generally make a futon cover in that fabric. It turned out great! I bought extra matching fabric to make curtains to hang on the windows over the dinette.
