NSSO Rally Rules
- We
would like our rally to be a happy and harmonious place. Attendees
have worked long and hard on their trailers and everyone deserves to
be treated with respect. We have had very few problems in the past
and those people, non-NSSO members, were simply informed they were
no longer welcome to attend. Fortunately this hasn't been a huge problem.
- Every
attendee (family or couple counts as one) should bring a prize valued
at $10-15. These prizes should be Scotty, trailer, camping, or fun
related. They'll be put on the prize tables and as names are drawn,
you will come up and choose a prize. Rally registration fees will provide
the Grand Prize and the prizes for Friday Night Lights, best in theme,
best in show, and the the cook-off (ovenette & dutch oven) winners.
Winners of Friday Night Lights, best in theme, best in show, and
the two cook-off winners will receive a plaque suitable for hanging in their Scotty to showcase their award!
Please familiarize yourself with the Cooper's Lake Campground Rules, we do adhere to them!
In addition:
- Campground is to be quiet after 11 p.m. All kids should be back at their site by then.
- If you have a bonfire at your site, an adult is to be in attendance at all times. Please do not allow your children to play with the fire or swing flaming branches around.
- If you bring dogs, keep them on leash or confined at all times and assure you pick up after them.
- If
your dogs are barkers, please request a site on the outskirts and try
your best to keep them quiet.
- Dogs who are problematic should remain confined to your site.
- At the National Rally, space is limited so we ask that all vehicles be moved to the outside fringe of our camping area.
