Using the Photo Galleries

Photo galleries are only available to paid members. Before using the galleries, you should print these instructions.

First time use

1. Click "Register" in the top menu bar and agree to the terms and conditions
2. Enter a username (please use first initial, last name, e.g. nkroes)
3. Enter a password (suggest you use the same password as selected for the mailing lists)
4. Enter your e-mail address and click "Submit registration"

A notice will be sent to the gallery administrator. Please allow at least 24 hours (business days) for authorization. After you have been authorized, you will be able to login using your username and password.

Several categories and albums have been set up already. They are:

Adding a picture to an existing (above) albums

1. Click "Upload file" in the top menu bar
2. Browse to the file(s) you want to upload
3. Click "CONTINUE" after you've made your selection(s)
4. Click "CONTINUE" at the Successful Upload screen
5. Select the appropriate album in the "Select album" drop-down box
6. Add a picture title in the "File title" field
7. Add descriptive text in the "File description" field
8. You may leave the "keywords" field blank
9. Click "CONTINUE" and you're done!

Creating your personal album

1. Login to the galleries and click "Create/order my album"
2. Click "New"
3. Enter your album name in the lower white box where it says "New album" (prefer you title your album using your real name(s), e.g. Mabel's Album, or Terry and Christi's Found Campers).
4. Click "Apply modifications" and then OK
5. Click "CONTINUE"
6. Next click "My Gallery" in the top menu bar
7. You will see your album listed - click "PROPERTIES" and fill in a description if you wish
8. Leave the permissions as they are set by default
9. Click "Update album"

Adding an image to your personal album

1. Click "Upload file" in the top menu bar
2. Browse to your file and click "CONTINUE"
3. Click "CONTINUE" at the Successful upload screen
4. In the "Select album" drop-down, select your album
5. Add a picture title and description in the appropriate fields and click "CONTINUE"
6. Click "CONTINUE" on the next screen and your pictures should now be viewable!
